I recently gave in to "more" Social Media chores and decided to add a Facebook LIKE button to each of my blog posts. I think some of our fellow bloggers WanderingThought.com already have this on her blog posts. As a matter of fact, she might have already a tutorial on this too, but what the hay. Smiles.
What: This is my hand-painted seafood dining table top. The table is about seven years old with a great looking base, but the table top has shown its use over the years with kids. There were patches of super glue, hot food burns, cold drink rings, and sewing machine scratches. This table is the heart of our family. It is loved and used for everything.
I really dig getting older! Aside from all the aches and pains that comes with age, mentally, I have never been stronger. The occasional breakdown comes seldom verses before when I was pre-teen and teenager. I can say back then, I cried over just about anything. My mom used to say, don't let them see you cry, because people take it as a sign of weakness. But even though I didn't want people to think I am weak, most times I couldn't hold back my tears, because the emotions just got the best of me.

I have outlined some tips below that will help you take better care of your feet. Healthy feet are not just for appearances alone, but they can do wonders for you mentally. Keep them clean, moist and soft, and in return, they will give you a lot more miles.
