Cha Ca Thang Long Recipe
No dill? Not a problem. Cha Ca Thang Long Recipe Vietnamese Grilled Fish Tumeric is usually served  with dill. However, vegetables are hard to keep fresh on hand, so sometimes I have to do without. I substituted this yummy dish with lots of cilantro, red onions, and romaine lettuce. Isn't the main ingredient the grilled turmeric catfish? It is for me, and as long as I can get the fish, I am happy with the herbs substitution. But, if you can get dill, it is the absolute awesomeness dish you will ever tasted.

I really dig getting older! Aside from all the aches and pains that comes with age, mentally, I have never been stronger. The occasional breakdown comes seldom verses before when I was pre-teen and teenager. I can say back then, I cried over just about anything. My mom used to say, don't let them see you cry, because people take it as a sign of weakness. But even though I didn't want people to think I am weak, most times I couldn't hold back my tears, because the emotions just got the best of me.

I am surprised that we don't see more people walking and exercising. I think the parks should be more crowded than anywhere else. But you know where you will see the most people? At the restaurants, and fast food stops.

Pink Japanses Camellia Flowering budd
These Japanese Camellias in my backyard are beautiful when they bloom, but boy, they don't last long at all. The only way I have been able to enjoy them is if I venture into my backyard during the couple of weeks that the blooms just started. Around January this shrub would be filled with Japonica buds. Then, they bloom quite early, around late January into February. At this time of year, it is usually still cold, so you can imagine that I don't go outside that often to admire my Japanese Camellias.
