Magical Peace Sign Sequins Floppies

I had some blue items to post in mind, but this was my top pick to feature this week. Subsequently, the photos turned out telling a story on their own, so I figured it was perfect for Mosaic Monday as well. Have a wonderful Monday and enjoy the floppies tales.

My daughter and I were running around the house and she wanted to put on her floppies. The sequins and peace sign have always attracted her and her mom's "magical tale" has stuck with her. Since I had my camera ready, I thought I would capture the floppies in action to share the "magical tale" we had going between us. Even though my floppies model was trying very hard to be co-operative, she couldn't hold her feet still long enough for my camera. We tried shooting sitting down, and even laying down, and these were the best shots we were able to get before my floppies model became weary.

Our magical floppies tales came about when I didn't want to play doctor anymore. For quite some time I couldn't get my daughter to put on shoes, or flip flops when going outside. She has been prone to getting splinters and other debris from our back yard on her feet. When this happens I had to play doctor, so I needed to come up with some tale. I told her if she wanted to go out to the yard, she had to put on her “magical floppies.” The “magical floppies” will protect her feet from getting hurt, and see the peace sign; it will bring her peace and fun playtime without ouchies. Somehow kids are very receptive to tales, and ever since then she always calls for her "magical floppies." I just wish they had magical floppies that fit me with some mommy magical powers…

Thanks for your visit.
