Non-Profit Partner for Technology Stuff

What’s more interesting to talk about than the subject of doing what you love? Breakfast with friends ran to mid-morning because we started on hot topics such as software for charity, blogging, websites, designs, and marketing. It is so ironic that the day has come when all of the ‘technology stuff’ we learned come to play in our personal and professional life. Yet technology is so advanced that a person can only be experts in certain niche.

Technology stuff isn’t for everyone and there are so many parts of it that one can be specialized in. Good news is that for those of you who rather let the professionals deal with the technology stuff, there is Blackbaud. Some of the services they offer to help run your website and manage your business more effectively are:
website management, fundraising, direct marketing, ticketing, target analytic, consulting, training.
I am sure I wore out this line on Self Sagacity, but you cannot do everything. We all seemed to keep pushing ourselves for more, but we are really running ourselves to the ground with so much responsibilities, and the do-it-yourself trends.

So, let others help you do some of the technology stuff that they are experts in. Finding good help is not easy, but perhaps narrowing your search down to vendors who are doing work to help others might be a great start. The best part about using Blackbaud is that they are not for profit organization. They can even help with your fundraising if you’re running one for charity. It is truly wonderful that there are so many talented people who are so generous.

If you are looking for more than just a technology vendor, but rather a relationship with a technology partner than at least give their website a browse. You will be glad to know that there is still a lot of goodness in the world.

  2. I learn just as I need to get by, not because I'm lazy and don't want to grow, but because I'm not very tech talented. I'm great at arty things - at creative things, writing, editing etc. Technology is not something my brain is apt to do. :-)
