How to Make V-Day Lobster Brunch for 2

Valentine's Day is around the corner. What are you doing for your lovely Valentines? This was my treat to SO for a Valentine Day last year. We both love seafood, me like a maniac.
Ever since SO and I learned how to prepare and bake lobsters, it's been such a wonderful addition to our meals. We like all kinds of seafood, and crabs would be pretty high on the list too.
Our kids love clams, so our seafood feasts wouldn't be the same without clams. Dustin can make clams of all types including Steamed Clams with Red Pepper.

It's so easy to cook seafood that it's always the way to go for us. And we have everything at home, including entertainment and a peaceful atmosphere. It's hard to justify going out and spending a lot of money to be in a place where we can't even hear each other. Valentine's Day is a time when people take each other out to dinner or lunch so the restaurants are super busy, and hard to get reservations

Maybe I will just fest up to the real reason why we don't go out to eat as much. it's because we are Iazy about planning and for me it's the fear of disappointment in the taste and the quality of the food.

If you want to learn how to prepare lobster at home click on how to prepare and bake lobsters. There is also a video on the bottom of the post which was how I'd learned to clean the lobsters.

While the following steps might seemed obvious, and easy enough. I never take it for granted. A list is great so that you don't forget anything or make 5 trips to the grocery store.

  1. We have tried many 4-5 stars restaurants only to feel totally disappointed after a huge bill. I like to make my own seafood feast at home. These lobsters are perfectly split! Nice job! (h)
