K is for Kyle. It means narrow or straight. I had a friend who was kyle in figure, but positive and upbeat. He bought my beat-up Pinto a long time ago, and was going to drive it to Wilmington, North Carolina. He sent me a postcard without a return address about a month after his departure, so I knew he and the Pinto has made it safely. Now I have an old beat-up Honda sitting in the front of my house that reminded me of my old beat-up Pinto and North Carolina. So out of curiosity, I looked up Wilmington NC real estate.

On the landing page, I found a quick search to plug-in some details. The search pulled up all listed properties from the website's data base as well as the Multiple Listing Search. I buzzed through the site for it was easy to navigate and well organized. I tried searching by city, MLS #, zip code to searching by subdivision, and then by map. And as a parent, I am always curious about the schools, and there it was, the link for NC schools is on the right side column.

North Carolina was featured in an investment magazine as one of the top 10 buyer’s market: Mississippi (1.3), Montana (1.3), Michigan (1.5), Nevada (1.5), Florida (1.6), Georgia (1.6), Hawaii (1.6), North Carolina (1.6), Illinois (1.7), and Maryland (1.7). I am amazed at what you can buy for under a million in Wilmington, NC. Even though, the number of home sales have not recovered, the demand for more rental units has increased. With the current interest rates, now is as good a time as ever for investment opportunities.

What if you didn’t have cemented sidewalk curbs to your property, but sandy beaches instead? Wake up with the views in the below pictures, beach front, and a whole lot of blues. Yet, another dream or investment goal for my list.
