I absolutely love getting my hands dirty and making crafts. I've always loved doing it, even when I was a kid I would help my Grandma do a whole bunch of crafts then. But they're pretty time consuming, so I don't have nearly as much time as I'd like to make them.
I had a few days off from work for Thanksgiving, so I planned to do some major crafting over that weekend. When I was looking up stuff for that, I found some Portland clear 4g specials and signed myself up for one of them.
One of the things that I'm going to work on is DIY gift tags that I'm going to put on all of my gifts I'm giving away for Christmas. I've done it in the years past, but I learned that instead of doing it while I'm wrapping gifts, it's better to do it ahead of time and in bulk, because it kinds of takes a whole lot of extra time. But I've always gotten compliments on them, so I like to make them anyway.

I never seem to have time for crafts anymore but I prefer to get my hands dirty with gardening anyhow. Interesting guest post.
