Cranberry Spinach Garden Salad with Feta Cheese

Craving for a tasty salad but always pressed for time? This delicious salad will only take five minutes or less to prepare. Yes, on the way home from work, stop by Trader Joe's and grab yourself the items below, and I promise, even a novice can prepare this Cranberry Spinach Garden Salad with Feta Cheese in five minutes. Dried cranberries is my favorite dried fruit of all the dried fruits. And I especially love dried cranberries in salads.

Ingredients: 1 bag of pre-washed baby spinach
1 bag of pre-washed baby spring
One tub of feta cheese
1 bag of dried cranberry

Preparation: Mix the bag of spinach and baby spring together, sprinkle pepper lightly. Use 1/4 tub of the feta cheese, and four table spoons of dried cranberry. Use balsamic vinegar or your favorite Italian dressing. And you will soon have a delicious looking salad like shown below. There are so many ways to be creative with salad.

If you are on a diet, salads will work for almost everyone. But do yourself a big favor by cutting down the amount of feta cheese from this recipe's ingredients list. So many people have tried different diets and even phentermine diet pill, a prescription diet pill that yields 10-15% more weight loss than diet and exercise alone. At some point diets are not as easily achieved and worst yet the body just doesn't react as well to how we want it to, and our actions have to be a bit more aggressive. Like wise, I increase the number of times in a week to consume more fruits and salads instead of indulgent in the deliciously bad food.

Thanks for stopping by today.
