Rolled Rice Sheets with Cilantro + Green Onions

I love how fresh the rolled rice sheets look with green onions and cliantro. It gives off the sense of clean, thin, and organic. And it reminds me of Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe, Chipolte Copy Cat. Technically, if you can eat just the rolled rice sheets with green onions and cilantro, the calories aren't that bad.

But, you know starch isn't good for you. So let's cut out the guilt by quenching our thirst with Soda Chanh Limeade Vietnamese Recipe. Anyhow, I enjoy eating not so healthy food too - like instant ramen - sometimes it's the only thing that would satisfy my craving for something - like MSG? Well - I am a flavor eater. I eat what tastes good to me.

Ready for the recipe? Let's make this pretentiously healthy dish that tastes super good!

I used the package below for the rice sheets. You can get these at any Vietnamese Grocery. Follow the directions, you will do fine. The first few are for practice so don't be hard on yourself if you mess up. After all the making of a great chef fail sometimes.

How to make the Scallion Oil:

4 tbsp of water
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp minced garlic
Add minced red chilli pepper (option)
