Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Basil Tomato

Who said you have to cook for hours to have great food. Some food are just delicious on their own and takes only minutes. They are simple to prepare, simple to cook and tastes out of this world. If you like mushrooms, Portobello are one of the best tasting mushrooms, aside from shiitake mushrooms - which are my second favorite.
In this recipe, it is the mushrooms that will be doing all talking, but as cooks, we can never leave things well enough alone by themselves, can we? So let's find out how we can do these mushrooms up to entice the guests to have to taste.

Ingredients: Portobello mushrooms - {like many other types of mushrooms have plenty of vitamin D}, grape tomatoes, slice scallions green & white part, olive oil, shredded mozzarella cheese, and thin slices of Vietnamese basil.
Preparation: Put the portobello mushrooms on the grill for 10 minutes and watch as the tomatoes soften. Once they get to a desire stage of softness, not mushy or shriveled, take the mushrooms off the grill immediately and let cool, then serve.
