Mi Quang - Vietnamese Seafood Noodles




Does this need introduction? Most of the Vietnamese noodles are so tasty, yet there are so many preparations steps. This is the bowl of noodles without the broth. The broth makes the noodles. Therefore there are two steps in preparing any bowl of noodles.
Below, I will list the ingredients, assembling the dry food, and preparing the broth.

  1. I love this recipe! It tastes pretty close to the Pho I get at my favorite Vietnamese place around here. I even tried it with chicken and it tasted just as good! I would just recommend fewer noodles or doubling the broth!
