Best Tasting Blackberry Cobbler Recipe

Blackberry cobbler in a cornware baking dish
I've found a pie, or cobbler that I actually love eating! Wow - how simple it is to make, but so yummy!

This was Trinity's and my first time making this  blackberry cobbler. Come to think of it, it might just be the first time I've ever eaten one.

I couldn't resist when the farmer market had this in a little box (about a cup) for 88 cents each.

Ingredients:
1 stick of unsalted butter - melt in a preheated oven @ 325 degrees in a baking dish while mixing the rest of your ingredients.

1 cup of flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1 1/2 baking powder
3/4 cup of milk
2 cups of blackberries

Mix all the dry ingredients , then add the milk. Once the batter is all smooth and prepared, pour it into the baking dish of butter. You don't have to be exact, then sprinkle your 2 cups of blackberries into the baking dish. And lastly, sprinkle some sugar on the top of the berries.
Put it in the oven at 325 for 30 minutes. Check the cobbler, if it isn't tan, light golden brown yet, leave it there for another 2 minutes, it should be nice and tan like the blackberry cobbler shown here.
