Weight Gain From Menopause?

I have often wondered if I would know how to recognized that I am going through menopause when I do? How would I know, and what are the symptoms? For years I have only heard of hot flashes. When my sister was going through menopause, she couldn’t stop fanning herself, even in the winter months.

If you are curious about menopause like me and wonder what to expect when going through it, then you should visit Amberen.com. You can learn more about menopause and what you can do for treatment. The website is user friendly. There are tabs on What is Menopause, Symptoms, How You Know, Stages, and Treatment.  It is also very well laid out so you won’t have any problems finding the information you need.

I learned that there are other symptoms of menopause such as weight gain, sleeplessness, mood swings, and irregular periods. Why, I am already experiencing this around that time of the month. Does this mean that the symptoms double in dosage?

But wait, there are good news ladies. As far as treatment goes, Amberen is a product that can help balance the hormones of menopause.  It eliminates the root cause of weight gain. You can stay connected and like Amberen to get deals on their Facebook page or follow Amberen on Twitter for deals that you shouldn’t be missing. I suppose anyone can start the Amberen treatment after turning 40, since this is when women experience the evil body change. Unexplainable weight gain and hard to keep the pounds & off.

I am sure many of you have great stories or tips on dealing with menopause, please comment below. I hope to learn as much as I possibly can before hand, don’t want any surprises.

  1. I remember my mother's menopause. Her periods stopped suddenly. One month it was there - the next, it wasn't.

My aunt on my father's side was the opposite. She went through the process for years and years. It's different for everyone. Not everyone has hot flushes. I think you'll know. Your mind starts to turn to mush :-)

    1. I haven't heard about your mind turning to mush - that's scary. I will have to look that up. However, you are right about the period stopping suddenly or taking a long time. It is different for everyone, but one thing in common, it stops after the phase.

  7. Hot flashes that lasts for years, 3 or more! It will eventually be gone or slow down to just once in a while. Mood change, weight loss. Yes, my brain get all distorted occasionally. I backed my car into the garage door when it was closed, even though my car has a sensor and was beeping to warn me. I also drove home from the grocery store with my trunk wide open a couple times, no one honk at me to let me know, I just realized what I did because of the wind circulating inside my car. :))
