Make Strawberry Shortcake IceCream | Popsicles

The best Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream ever...isn't something I can make at home. But it never stops me from trying. Below is a recipe that has been tried and still trying to perfect. Although you won't yield a Popsicle that looks exactly like the pictures because the outer of the Popsicle will be replaced with Rice Crispies Cereal instead, the Strawberry Shortcake Popsicle should still tastes heavenly nevertheless.

Ingredients

2 cups strawberries cleaned, 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup Rice Crispies lightly crushed.

Preparations
In a food processor, pulse strawberries until pureed, about 1 minutes. Add yogurt and milk. Stir to mix. Pour into 2-oz. Popsicle molds or divide among small paper cups. If you use paper cups, cover with aluminum foil and poke a Popsicle stick through foil into center of each cup. Freeze 4 hours. Remove from molds and coat each Popsicle with the crushed Rice Crispies as needed to cover. Wrap and freeze the Popsicle that won't be eaten immediately. Yield: about 6.
