120x30_WalgrensTransparentLogoSO and I having been working on our goal of living a healthier life. Although we struggle a bit about getting into a regular routine of exercises, we have the schedule of daily vitamins intake down to the science. We pretty much have sorted out most of vitamins we need, except for the multivitamin supplements. We have tried many, but haven’t settled on which brand to stick to regularly. Often times when we run out of our one a day multivitamins, we normally substitute them by taking the kids’ gummy multivitamins. The gummy vitamins are yummy, but the problem is the vitamin supplements don’t contain enough IU for adults.

Choosing the right multivitamin isn’t easy. It seemed they all have the same supplements with an additional beneficial source, but which one do we need, or want?Walgreens One A Day Energy TabletsOne day, we received a sample bottle of Walgreens Brand One Daily Energy Multivitamins Tablets from filling out some forms online. It was probably the “breakthrough” solution for our multivitamin supplement dilemma. Since we were always tire and lacking energy, it made sense to be looking at multivitamin supplements that contain vitamins and minerals designed for the active mind and body. The Walgreens One Daily Energy Multivitamin Tablets has given me a new boost of energy without making me feel hungry. Usually by five o’clock I feel worn out and ready to wrap-up for the day, but now, I actually have a lot more energy to play with Trinity into the evening.
