Be Happy

As the kids get older, our lifestyles change too. With the boys it was different and now our little princess keeps us on our toes in other ways. Since Dustin went off to college and live in the dorm, he no longer needs the Honda. That means I have to decide what to do with the car and make adjustments to the coverage with our car insurance company.

Speaking of Dustin going off to college, I wrote a post on his scholarships and awards in June. The song I chose for his graduation pictures was Happy by Leona Lewis. I just wish him happiness, and no matter what happens to be strong, find his place and his voice in life. As he is maturing and learning about life, there will be many decisions and choices he has to face. Sometimes defeat and  pure life torture will make him feel like "this world throws him off the edge." But if he had "to chose to win or lose", I just hope he will Be Happy with whatever decisions he ends up with.
This leads me to my favorite lines in this Happy song.

So what if it hurts me?
So what if I break down?
So what if this world just throws me off the edge?
My feet run out of ground
I gotta find my place
I wanna hear my sound
Don’t care about all the pain in front of me
I’m just trying to be happy

Thanks for stopping by today.

  9. @JamericanSpice The photos didn't show the whole ceremony well enough, since I am the only photographer in the house. I wish there is a way to show how big of an event this was.
