Reviving a Family Activity

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of PlayStation MOVE. All opinions are 100% mine.>

When my son was younger, we spent hours playing games together as a family. But it had been while, and I am looking forward to reviving this family activity.

PlayStation Move has new features that make electronic gaming more realistic. The motion camera and navigation remote couldn’t be easier for the infrequent player like me. We have a PlayStation 3 and don’t have to invest in a new console. We can incorporate the Move bundle package for $99. It’s a great idea, and such a wonderful way to upgrade gaming consoles.

We would love to get more games like Tiger Wood PGA and Sports Champion into the house. It is easy to get lost in buying games that are not educational for the pure idea of entertainment. But as a responsible parent, I also believe it is important to introduce games with at least some benefits that the kids can learn from. Since we all love the medieval times, I think the whole family would enjoy Sorcery. These types of games are not violent and are good for opening up your creativity and imagination.

I had to come up some ideas to convince MattLove - the gamer, and to motivate him with his school work. Hopefully I can train and be up to par for the Matthew Challenge I mentioned last week.

  5. I applaud the idea of non-violent games, Amanda. Some of the ones I've seen are so horrible. We have far too much violence in the world today. I hate to see kids indulge in it, whether it is merely a game or not.
