De-Light-Ful and Colorful

From the Jelly family, these were made with colored agar powder. In very simple steps you too could create these colorful and delightful deserts for your family or party anytime. There are also directions on the back of each agar bag.

When the agar is still hot pour them into the designs, and thereafter refrigerate them. If you have designer molds, you can create different images such as a beautiful flower, a Happy Birthday cake, or a Candy Land house, basically anything that comes in a mold.
I don't have those detailed molds, but my sister in law does, and she used to make us different jelly cakes on our Birthdays. They made such festive displays and a great tasty treat for everyone.

Another plus is that you can actually pick-up these jelly delights like cookies and not have to worry about spoons and bowls. As such, they travel well and work as an excellent snack for the kids.
