Monday Timeless Show-offs

I bought this special dish-set a few years ago. They are my favorite and best. They are made from Japan, and were on the expensive side, but I sprung to get these because...it was love at first site! Love at first site doesn’t happen to me often. I know they are durable and the sizes are very functional. They work well with appetizers, entrées, or deserts.

Believe it or not, most food display well on the blue background too! By far, the ones I use most often are the little square dish and the little bowl

Most of all I like the way the bottom is made because it is very unique. A little primitive looking but so finely finished. In general, most things from Japan are very well made and durable but expensive. Is it worth it? Absolutely! They are my timeless show-offs.
